Odeya LLC provides professional residential, commercial, and specialized cleaning services throughout Utah. All services are subject to availability and scheduling confirmation.
Service appointments are confirmed via phone, email, or text. We strive to accommodate all scheduling requests and will communicate any changes as promptly as possible.
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled service. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee. Emergency situations will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept major credit cards, checks, and electronic payments. Commercial contracts may have separate billing arrangements.
Odeya LLC is fully insured for all cleaning operations. While we exercise the highest degree of care, our liability for any damage during service is limited to the cost of repair or replacement, not exceeding the service fee for that visit.
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which details how we collect and use your personal information.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Utah. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved in the courts of Utah.
